Microsoft Azure migration, data and integration

Most companies already run Entra ID and Microsoft 365, so Azure is often the shortest path for their applications. We build the landing zone, move workloads and connect Azure to the ERP, service desk and clinical systems that depend on it.

AWS and SAP: SAP workloads run on EC2, and Amazon AppFlow or OData extracts land SAP data in S3 for reporting.AWS and Oracle: Oracle E-Business Suite databases move to Amazon RDS for Oracle or EC2, with interfaces repointed and tested.AWS and ServiceNow: The AWS Service Management Connector sends incidents, Config items and provisioning requests between the two.AWS and Salesforce: Amazon AppFlow and EventBridge move Salesforce records and change events into AWS services and S3.AWS and Azure: IAM Identity Center uses your directory for sign-in, so access follows joiners, movers and leavers.Azure and SAP: SAP S/4HANA runs on Azure, and Data Factory SAP connectors copy finance and supply data into the analytics platform.Azure and ServiceNow: Azure Monitor alerts open ServiceNow incidents, and Entra ID provisions ServiceNow users and groups.Azure and Oracle: Oracle databases move to Oracle Database@Azure or Azure VMs, keeping EBS interfaces close to the applications that call them.Azure and UiPath: Unattended UiPath robots run on Azure virtual machines and sign in with Entra ID service accounts.Google Cloud and SAP: The BigQuery Connector for SAP and the Cortex Framework replicate SAP finance and supply data into BigQuery.Google Cloud and Salesforce: Salesforce Data Cloud and BigQuery share customer and pipeline data for reporting and models without manual exports.Google Cloud and Oracle: Oracle databases move to Oracle Database@Google Cloud, or Datastream replicates Oracle tables into BigQuery.Google Cloud and Azure: Google Cloud Directory Sync or workforce identity federation keeps users and groups in step with your directory.ServiceNow and Salesforce: Customer cases that need IT or engineering work escalate from Salesforce into ServiceNow, and status flows back.ServiceNow and SAP: Approved procurement requests create purchase requisitions in SAP, and asset records sync back to the CMDB.ServiceNow and UiPath: Catalog requests start UiPath robots for steps in systems with no API, and results update the ticket.Salesforce and SAP: Customer masters, pricing and orders flow from Salesforce to SAP, and order status and invoices flow back to the account.Salesforce and Oracle: Quotes become sales orders in Oracle EBS or Fusion, and shipment and billing status return to the opportunity.Salesforce and Azure: Single sign-on and user provisioning come from your directory, so access ends when someone leaves.SAP and UiPath: UiPath robots handle SAP GUI steps that have no API, such as legacy transactions and bulk updates.Oracle and UiPath: UiPath robots handle EBS Forms steps with no API, such as supplier setup and bulk journal entry.AWSAzureGoogle CloudServiceNowSalesforceSAPOracleUiPathNEXGENTEK

Connections

What we connect Azure to

The integrations we build most often, and what moves across each one.

  • AzureEntra ID

Users, groups and conditional access policies control who reaches Azure resources and connected SaaS applications.

  • AzureSAP

SAP S/4HANA runs on Azure, and Data Factory SAP connectors copy finance and supply data into the analytics platform.

  • AzureServiceNow

Azure Monitor alerts open ServiceNow incidents, and Entra ID provisions ServiceNow users and groups.

  • AzureOracle

Oracle databases move to Oracle Database@Azure or Azure VMs, keeping EBS interfaces close to the applications that call them.

  • AzureUiPath

Unattended UiPath robots run on Azure virtual machines and sign in with Entra ID service accounts.

  • AzureEHR

The FHIR service in Azure Health Data Services receives patient and encounter data from the EHR for analytics and apps.

Use cases

Azure in practice

Illustrative scenarios based on typical engagements, not named client projects.

Core bankingISO 20022PCI DSS

A controlled Azure landing zone for a regional bank

Situation
A bank wants to move customer-facing applications to Azure, but its risk team will not approve anything without clear network boundaries, logging and access reviews.
Approach
We build an Azure landing zone with Azure Policy guardrails, private endpoints and Entra ID Privileged Identity Management for admin roles. Defender for Cloud and Microsoft Sentinel feed alerts to the security operations team, and access reviews run on a schedule.
Outcome
The risk team signs off on a platform where every control is defined in code and every admin action is logged and reviewable.
SCADAData historiansIEC 62443Model output

Sensor data from field sites into an Azure analytics platform

Situation
An operator collects pump and compressor readings in a historian at each site, and engineers export spreadsheets to spot equipment problems.
Approach
We stream readings through Azure IoT Hub and Event Hubs into a lakehouse, join them with maintenance records from SAP, and train failure-prediction models in Azure Machine Learning. Alerts create work orders in the maintenance system.
Outcome
Engineers see equipment health across sites in one place, and likely failures raise a work order before a shutdown.

Moving SAP and its interfaces to Azure

Situation
A parts supplier runs SAP on hardware that is out of support, with dozens of interfaces to plants, carriers and OEM customer portals.
Approach
We size the SAP environment on Azure, plan the move around production calendars and rebuild EDI and file interfaces on Logic Apps and Service Bus. Each interface is tested against the OEM and carrier endpoints before cutover.
Outcome
SAP runs on supported infrastructure, and every interface is documented, monitored and owned by a named team.

Questions

Common questions

Do you work with our existing Microsoft partner or internal team?

Yes. Many clients already have a Microsoft licensing provider. We focus on the build, migration and integration work and coordinate with whoever manages your licences and support.

Can you run SAP or Oracle on Azure?

Yes. We plan sizing, high availability and interfaces for SAP and Oracle workloads on Azure, and test the interfaces before cutover.

We already use Entra ID. Does that change the approach?

It helps. We build access, conditional access and privileged roles on your existing tenant rather than creating a second identity system.
