NexGenTek, Inc. builds, connects and runs enterprise technology for companies in the US and abroad. We work from Dallas, Texas and from our delivery centre in Gurgaon, India.
Who we are
NexGenTek, Inc. was previously known as Spearhead Technology, and the change of name was a rebrand, not a merger or acquisition.
Our clients are IT leaders who already have several vendors and still find that work stalls between them. Security sits with one firm, cloud with another, integration with a third. We take on that work as one engagement, with one team and one named person who owns the outcome.
We also supply skilled people. Some clients need a full project delivered. Others need senior engineers on their own team next month. We do both, and the same delivery standards apply either way.

Every engagement has a named NexGenTek lead. When something breaks between two systems, that person fixes it rather than pointing at another vendor.
Agree it in writing first
Scope, acceptance criteria, reporting and how changes are handled are written down and signed before any build work starts.
Build compliance in as we go
Access controls, documentation and audit evidence are produced during delivery, not reconstructed at the end.
Leave you able to run it
Code, documentation, access and training go to your team at the end, so you are not tied to us to keep the system running.
