Cybersecurity and risk consulting built into your systems
We assess risk, design security controls and run the programs that prepare you for audits and incidents. Controls are built in as systems are delivered, not patched in afterwards.
Where security programs fall short
Tools that do not share information
Firewalls, endpoint agents and cloud consoles each produce alerts, but nobody correlates them into one picture of risk.
Security added after the build
Applications and cloud environments go live first and get reviewed later, so findings turn into expensive rework.
Audit evidence assembled at the last minute
Policies sit in old documents and evidence is gathered by hand before every audit, which takes weeks each cycle.
Incident plans that were never tested
A response plan exists on paper, but nobody has run it, so the first real incident is also the first rehearsal.
Five areas of a security program
Each engagement starts with a risk assessment and a prioritized plan you approve.
Risk assessment and security architecture
- Assessment against NIST CSF 2.0
- Risk register tied to business impact
- Prioritized remediation roadmap
You getA clear view of your biggest risks and the order to fix them in.
Identity and access management
- Single sign-on, MFA and role-based access
- Privileged access controls
- Joiner, mover and leaver processes
You getAccess that matches roles and can be reviewed and evidenced.
Compliance programs
- SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness
- Support for HIPAA and PCI DSS programs
- Version-controlled policies and evidence collected continuously
You getAudit evidence that is ready when the auditor asks for it.
Cloud, network and application security
- Cloud security on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud
- Network segmentation, firewalls and intrusion prevention
- Secure code review and encryption of data at rest and in transit
You getControls built into infrastructure and applications from the start.
Monitoring and incident response
- SIEM deployment and detection rule tuning
- Alert triage and escalation procedures
- Incident playbooks tested through tabletop exercises
You getA response process your team has already rehearsed.
What each team gets from it
CISOs and security teams
Controls designed with your architects, detection rules tuned to your environment and playbooks tested before they are needed.
CIOs and executives
A risk register in business terms, a remediation plan with milestones and regular reporting on progress.
Compliance, legal and procurement
Policies, control evidence and vendor questionnaire answers kept current, so audits and customer security reviews take less effort.
Common questions
Can you get us ready for a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit?
Yes. We run the gap assessment, fix the gaps, write and version the policies and set up evidence collection. The certification itself is issued by an independent auditor.
Do you provide managed security monitoring?
We deploy and tune SIEM tooling and set up triage and escalation. Ongoing monitoring coverage and response times are agreed in the contract for each engagement.
Which frameworks do you work with?
NIST CSF 2.0, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA and PCI DSS, plus sector rules that apply to your business.
Can you supply security staff to our team?
Yes. We place security engineers and analysts through staff augmentation to work inside your existing team.
Staffing a regulatory remediation programme against a fixed deadline
After an examination finding, a financial institution has a fixed date to fix its compliance technology. Its own recruiters cannot find engineers and analysts who understand both the systems and the regulation in time.

An operator's rule-based revenue assurance system catches known fraud patterns days after the fact. Organized schemes such as SIM box and Wangiri fraud change faster than the rules do.
Read scenarioBuilding security testing into an ecommerce release pipeline
An online retailer ships code weekly but tests security once or twice a year with an outside penetration test. Checkout and payment APIs are its biggest exposure, and PCI DSS assessments keep raising findings.
