IT and OT integration for oil and gas operators
We connect SCADA, DCS and historian data to your ERP and maintenance systems, inside an OT security design that keeps control networks isolated.
What makes oil and gas technology hard
Field systems built for control, not connectivity
SCADA, PLCs, DCS platforms and field instruments run for twenty years or more. They were designed for reliable control, not for feeding enterprise or cloud data platforms.
The divide between OT and IT
Control systems work in milliseconds on isolated networks. ERP and asset management work in minutes on corporate networks. Production data often crosses that gap by manual export.
Downtime carries safety and regulatory cost
An unplanned shutdown on a platform, pipeline or refinery unit means lost production, reporting obligations and risk to people on site. Every system change needs a tested recovery path.
Production data in separate stores
Production, reservoir, maintenance and logistics data sit in different systems with different schemas. Monthly reporting and PHMSA or FERC submissions rely on manual reconciliation.
How we help oil and gas companies
We connect historians and SCADA data to ERP, EAM and production accounting through ISA-95 aligned data models, and link pipeline scheduling, terminal and trading systems.
Service details Cybersecurity and RiskWe design OT/IT connectivity with IEC 62443 security zones and conduits, including DMZ and one-way data paths, before any link to the control network is opened.
Service details AI and DataWe build production data platforms aligned to PPDM and OSDU, and predictive maintenance models for compressors, pumps and rotating equipment that raise work orders in your maintenance system.
Service details Digital TransformationWe replace paper and spreadsheet processes such as management of change, field data capture and HSE records with systems that keep a complete audit trail.
Service details Custom Application DevelopmentWe build field applications that work offline in remote locations and sync when connectivity returns, plus production reporting tools and operations dashboards.
Service detailsWhat we work with
We place SCADA and historian integration engineers, OT security specialists, data engineers for production and maintenance data, and developers for field and HSE applications.

The kind of work we do here
Connecting SCADA and historian data to ERP without opening the OT network
An upstream operator moves production data from SCADA and historians into its ERP and asset management systems through daily manual exports. Shutdowns reach the corporate operations centre by phone.
Read scenarioCondition-based maintenance for compressors and pumps
A midstream operator services compressors on a calendar. Some machines are maintained too often while others fail without warning, and each failure means unplanned downtime.
Read scenarioBringing safety data together to spot leading indicators
An operator's permits, near-miss reports, inspections and training records sit in separate systems. Incident investigations keep finding warning signs that were recorded but never connected.
Read scenarioCommon questions
How do you connect OT data to IT systems without exposing the control network?
We design the security zones first, following IEC 62443, and move data out through a DMZ or one-way path so enterprise systems read historian data without reaching the control network.
Can you upgrade SCADA or DCS on a live asset?
We plan upgrades with shadow running against live process data, keep operators' view of the process during migration, and check safety interlock settings against the previous configuration after each change.
Do you work upstream, midstream and downstream?
Yes. The integration problems differ, from well data to pipeline scheduling to refinery yield accounting, but the approach of designing data contracts and security zones first is the same.
