Who we are
This policy is issued by NexGenTek, Inc. ("NexGenTek", "we", "us" or "our"), 1700 Pacific Ave, Ste 3630, Dallas, TX 75201, United States.
It explains how we handle personal information collected through nexgentek.com and other NexGenTek websites that link to this policy (the "site"), and information you send us in response to our outreach.
Information you give us
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, work email address, company, country, phone number, the type of enquiry and your message.
When you apply for a job on the site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, country and city, the role you applied for, your CV, and anything else you choose to give us, such as your LinkedIn profile, years of experience, skills, notes and, for roles in the United States, your work authorization and whether you need visa sponsorship.
If you email us, call us or use the chat on the site, we collect the information you choose to share, such as your contact details and the content of your message.
If you do not give us this information, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry.
Information collected automatically
With your consent, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used. This can include your IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you visit and how you arrived at the site.
Cookies that are needed for the site to work, such as the one that remembers your cookie choices, are set without consent.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to reply to your enquiry, to discuss and provide our services, and to keep a record of our communications with you.
We use site usage information to understand which content is useful, to fix problems and to improve the site.
Where the law requires it, we rely on your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time. We may also use information where we have a legitimate business interest, to meet a legal obligation, or to protect our rights.

Where your enquiry goes
Contact form submissions are stored in NexGenTek's customer relationship management system, Zoho CRM. A copy of your enquiry may also be sent by email to the NexGenTek team members who will handle it.
Job applications, including your CV, are stored in NexGenTek's recruiting system, Zoho Recruit, and may be emailed to our recruiting team. We use them to assess you for the role you applied for and, unless you ask us not to, for other roles that match your experience. With your agreement, we may share your profile with a client as part of the hiring process for a specific role.
Cookies, analytics and chat
We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic and Zoho SalesIQ to provide live chat. Both are loaded only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link on the site.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do. The site does not currently respond to browser do-not-track signals.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only as needed to run our business: with NexGenTek group companies and staff, including our delivery centre in India; with service providers that work on our behalf, such as Zoho, Google, our email provider and our website host; with our professional advisers; and with authorities where the law requires it.
If NexGenTek is involved in a reorganization, merger, sale or similar transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
International transfers
We operate in the United States and India, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those where you live. We take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected when it is transferred.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. Access is limited to staff and contractors who need it and who are bound to keep it confidential.
No method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send to us.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and for as long as the law requires or allows.
We keep job applications and CVs so we can contact you about future roles. You can ask us to delete your application at any time by emailing careers@nexgentek.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Children
The site is meant for business users. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Other websites
The site links to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Please read their policies before sharing information with them.
