AWS migration, modernization and integration

We set up AWS accounts the way your auditors and finance team need them, move workloads in dependency order and connect them to the systems that still live elsewhere. You keep the Terraform, the runbooks and the monitoring.

AWS and SAP: SAP workloads run on EC2, and Amazon AppFlow or OData extracts land SAP data in S3 for reporting.AWS and Oracle: Oracle E-Business Suite databases move to Amazon RDS for Oracle or EC2, with interfaces repointed and tested.AWS and ServiceNow: The AWS Service Management Connector sends incidents, Config items and provisioning requests between the two.AWS and Salesforce: Amazon AppFlow and EventBridge move Salesforce records and change events into AWS services and S3.AWS and Azure: IAM Identity Center uses your directory for sign-in, so access follows joiners, movers and leavers.Azure and SAP: SAP S/4HANA runs on Azure, and Data Factory SAP connectors copy finance and supply data into the analytics platform.Azure and ServiceNow: Azure Monitor alerts open ServiceNow incidents, and Entra ID provisions ServiceNow users and groups.Azure and Oracle: Oracle databases move to Oracle Database@Azure or Azure VMs, keeping EBS interfaces close to the applications that call them.Azure and UiPath: Unattended UiPath robots run on Azure virtual machines and sign in with Entra ID service accounts.Google Cloud and SAP: The BigQuery Connector for SAP and the Cortex Framework replicate SAP finance and supply data into BigQuery.Google Cloud and Salesforce: Salesforce Data Cloud and BigQuery share customer and pipeline data for reporting and models without manual exports.Google Cloud and Oracle: Oracle databases move to Oracle Database@Google Cloud, or Datastream replicates Oracle tables into BigQuery.Google Cloud and Azure: Google Cloud Directory Sync or workforce identity federation keeps users and groups in step with your directory.ServiceNow and Salesforce: Customer cases that need IT or engineering work escalate from Salesforce into ServiceNow, and status flows back.ServiceNow and SAP: Approved procurement requests create purchase requisitions in SAP, and asset records sync back to the CMDB.ServiceNow and UiPath: Catalog requests start UiPath robots for steps in systems with no API, and results update the ticket.Salesforce and SAP: Customer masters, pricing and orders flow from Salesforce to SAP, and order status and invoices flow back to the account.Salesforce and Oracle: Quotes become sales orders in Oracle EBS or Fusion, and shipment and billing status return to the opportunity.Salesforce and Azure: Single sign-on and user provisioning come from your directory, so access ends when someone leaves.SAP and UiPath: UiPath robots handle SAP GUI steps that have no API, such as legacy transactions and bulk updates.Oracle and UiPath: UiPath robots handle EBS Forms steps with no API, such as supplier setup and bulk journal entry.AWSAzureGoogle CloudServiceNowSalesforceSAPOracleUiPathNEXGENTEK

Connections

What we connect AWS to

The integrations we build most often, and what moves across each one.

  • AWSSAP

SAP workloads run on EC2, and Amazon AppFlow or OData extracts land SAP data in S3 for reporting.

  • AWSOracle

Oracle E-Business Suite databases move to Amazon RDS for Oracle or EC2, with interfaces repointed and tested.

  • AWSServiceNow

The AWS Service Management Connector sends incidents, Config items and provisioning requests between the two.

  • AWSSalesforce

Amazon AppFlow and EventBridge move Salesforce records and change events into AWS services and S3.

  • AWSActive Directory or Entra ID

IAM Identity Center uses your directory for sign-in, so access follows joiners, movers and leavers.

  • AWSData warehouse

Amazon Redshift loads curated data from S3 and Glue jobs for finance and operations reporting.

Use cases

AWS in practice

Moving a claims processing platform to AWS

Situation
A health plan runs claims adjudication on ageing servers in a colocation facility, with batch jobs and a SQL Server database that only two people understand.
Approach
We map dependencies, build a HIPAA-aligned landing zone with Control Tower, and move the database to Amazon RDS with AWS Database Migration Service. Batch jobs move to AWS Batch and Step Functions, and existing EDI feeds are repointed and tested in parallel before cutover.
Outcome
Claims run on infrastructure defined in code, with audit logging in place from the first day and documented runbooks for the internal team.

A container platform for telecom order services

Situation
A carrier deploys its order and activation services by hand to virtual machines, and each release needs a weekend change window.
Approach
We build an Amazon EKS platform with Terraform, set up CI/CD pipelines with automated tests, and split the order service into containers behind an API layer. Order events flow through EventBridge and SQS to provisioning and billing.
Outcome
Releases move to routine daytime deployments with automated rollback, and the platform team can add services without new infrastructure tickets.

Connecting store, ecommerce and ERP order data on AWS

Situation
A retailer reconciles online and in-store orders against its ERP with overnight file transfers, so stock and refund data is a day behind.
Approach
We publish order, return and inventory events from the commerce platform and point-of-sale system to EventBridge, process them with Lambda, and post them to the ERP through its APIs. Failed messages go to a dead-letter queue with alerts to the support team.
Outcome
Stock and refund data reach the ERP during the day, and support staff can see and replay any message that failed.

Questions

Common questions

Do you work with our existing AWS partner or internal team?

Yes. We can take on a defined part of the program, such as database migration or the EKS platform, or place engineers inside your team. We agree who owns which decisions at the start.

Do we own the infrastructure code?

Yes. Terraform modules, pipelines, runbooks and architecture documents sit in your repositories from the start, not ours.

Can you migrate Oracle and SQL Server databases to AWS?

Yes. We assess each database, choose between Amazon RDS, Aurora or EC2 based on features and licensing, and run test migrations before the final cutover.

Can you support teams in Dallas and India?

Yes. Architects work with you in US hours and our Gurgaon delivery centre can extend build and support coverage into other time zones.
