IT services for retailers selling in stores and online
We connect commerce, POS, warehouse and ERP systems so every channel works from the same inventory figure, and we plan migrations around your trading calendar.
What retail technology teams deal with
Channels on separate systems
eCommerce, stores, marketplaces and loyalty often run on different order management and inventory systems joined by point-to-point integrations. When one changes, others break.
Inventory figures that are hours old
When WMS and ERP sync overnight, available-to-promise is calculated on yesterday's stock. The result is oversells during promotions, failed click-and-collect orders and extra safety stock.
Legacy POS and back office
Older POS and merchandise systems cannot take part in real-time allocation or ship-from-store routing, and they have to keep trading while they are replaced.
Peak trading with no margin for failure
Black Friday and holiday traffic can be many times normal load. A platform that has not been load-tested against real peak profiles fails when revenue is highest.

The kind of work we do here
One customer record across store, web, app and call centre
A retailer's ecommerce site, stores, app, loyalty program and call centre each hold their own customer records. A loyalty member who calls with a complaint is a stranger to the call centre.
Read scenarioStore-level demand forecasting that planners trust
A retailer's statistical forecasts no longer match real demand, so planners adjust thousands of SKU and store combinations by hand. Stockouts and markdowns are both rising.
Read scenarioBuilding security testing into an ecommerce release pipeline
An online retailer ships code weekly but tests security once or twice a year with an outside penetration test. Checkout and payment APIs are its biggest exposure, and PCI DSS assessments keep raising findings.
Read scenarioCommon questions
Can you replatform our eCommerce site without risking peak season?
Yes. We plan the migration in phases around your retail calendar, keep the peak period frozen, and load-test the new platform against your real peak traffic before cutover.
Can you give stores and online the same stock figure?
That is usually the first thing we work on. We replace overnight batch syncs with event-based inventory updates from stores and distribution centres into one inventory record.
Do you handle PCI DSS on new platforms?
We design payment components to sit in a segmented environment and produce the evidence your PCI DSS assessment needs. Your QSA still performs the assessment.
