Set the overlap and handoffs
We agree the daily overlap window, how work is handed over between teams, and who on each side owns which decisions.

We provision access through your normal process, run knowledge transfer with your team, and start with a contained piece of work before taking on more.

Onshore and offshore work appears in the same weekly status and monthly review, under the same delivery lead.

Who do I deal with day to day?
Your US-based delivery lead. You can work directly with the Gurgaon engineers, but accountability for the work sits with one named person.
Can regulated data be handled offshore?
Only where your policies and contracts allow it. If data must stay in the US, we keep that work onshore and use Gurgaon for tasks that do not touch it.
